Job Responsibilities
- Consulting and checking HS code to subordinates and customer.
- Consulting all import & export privileges to all concerned customers.
- To ensure collecting taxes and tariff code on imported-exported goods at the port of entry correctly without any prosecution with the Customs Department.
- Issuing permits for items that need to be imported into the country or exported out of it without any prosecution with the Customs, MOI Department.
- Training employees on proper procedures and regulations regarding customs regulations.
- To manage all working import & export to specify job flow.
- To assign budget for expense & revenue in each job for getting a profit.
- To be consultant for Customers on various matters for Logistics provider.
- To approach Customer anytime necessary, including e-mail correspondence overseas.
- To check all entries of import & export, before submitting to PPL system.
- To check Debit note of import & export.
- To verify settlement of cash and cheque for staffs before submitting.
- To follow up pending entry amendment, Duty refund for privilege preservation additional duty payment with Customs Dept.
Experience requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related filed.
- 5 years of experience in customs clearance include transportation knowledge.
- Good command in English.
- Have a Customs Specialist License.
- Have experience in Logistics Industry.
- Good knowledge in Import-Export progress and Problem solving.
- Familiar with PC Microsoft Office (word, excel, and power point presentation is a must)
