Product Pricing (Life Insurance)

Our client a life insurance provider based in Thailand. The company offers a range of insurance products and services, including life protection plans, investment-linked insurance, corporate insurance, general insurance, and other insurances.

They are seeking for candidate who has a keen experience in Life Insurance" product.

• Ensure the accuracy and appropriateness of assumptions used for pricing products such as endowment plans, participating plans, annuities, and group insurance, providing quality analysis for decision-making.
• Validate the accuracy of pricing models used for new product pricing and reinsurance arrangements.
• Ensure that financial metrics for product approval requests comply with pricing guidelines and approval authorities.
• Review policy contract wordings and premium certificates to ensure alignment with product design, internal approvals, OIC regulations, and corporate policies.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to review and assess key changes in contract wordings and premium certificates.
• Manage product submissions to the OIC, ensuring smooth approval by providing accurate details on product features and technical pricing.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) on sales materials and product implementation to ensure alignment with product design and approvals.
• Collaborate with reinsurers to arrange reinsurance for new products.
• Coordinate with key stakeholders, including IT, Operations, and Distribution, to support product implementation.
• Provide coaching and guidance to subordinates.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related
• At least 5 years of experience in life insurance or actuarial field.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Proactive and eager to learn.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently, and meet deadlines under pressure.
