Sales Section Manager

Our company is a specialized interior design based in Bangkok. We provide high-quality interior design services for a wide range of projects, including offices, clinics, hospitals, exhibition booths, showrooms, housing, condominiums, brand counters, and restaurants.

• Team Management: Supervise and manage a team of 4 Thai sales staff, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

• Office-Based Role: Primarily office-based with occasional sales visits to support and guide the team.

• KPI Management: Develop, implement, and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure the team meets sales targets and objectives.

• Strategic Planning: Create and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve company goals.

• Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to foster professional development.

• Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.

• Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or challenges faced by the sales team, ensuring smooth operations.

• Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge.

・Experiences in B-to-B Sales and Manager position

・Prefer to have Own car (have gasoline support)

・People who can set KPIs and manage Team

・Experience managing 4 or more people

・Proven experience in sales management, preferably in an office based role.

・Strong leadership and team management skills.

・Ability to develop and manage KPIs effectively.

・Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

・Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Bachelor’s degree / master’s Degree

Languages: English Business conversation Level / Japanese If can speak is plus
