Job Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation and Client Engagement:

• Develop new leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and online research.

• Communicate effectively with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and challenges.

2. Sales Process Management:

• Present tailored IT solutions that address specific manufacturing requirements.

• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, including organizing slides for meetings and setting up booths for demonstrations at trade shows.

• Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal, ensuring that sales targets are met both individually and as part of a team.

3. Client Interaction:

• Interact with clients through remote communication methods (e.g., email, phone calls, video conferences) and face-to-face meetings.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and long-term partnerships.

4. Technical Support and Solution Proposal:

• Provide pre-sales technical support, including system configurations and design.

• Develop detailed proposals, including system specifications, benefits, and implementation plans.

5. Market Analysis and Reporting:

• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the manufacturing sector.

• Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data, helping to inform strategic decisions.

6. Professional Development and Team Collaboration:

• Continuously develop personal knowledge and skills related to manufacturing IT solutions.

• Collaborate with internal teams

Experience requirements

・Proven experience in IT solution sales, preferably in the manufacturing sector

・Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing systems and IT solutions.

・Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

・Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

・Company will provide transportation for an onsite visit to customer's place.

If have own cars, must be responsible for Driving License

Education requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. (Advantage)

Languages: English Internal conversation Level / Japanese If can speak is Plus
