The company was founded in 1912 to design and build steam energy plants to burn biomass and waste into thermal energy and electrical power. The energy is delivered in any combination of steam, hot water, thermal oil, and electricity depending on the industrial process.
Job Responsibilities
Job Responsibility:
- Responsible for the site management, erection supervision, and commissioning of the installation in cooperation with the Project office.
- Keep a detailed log file of the executed works and activities on the site. Follow up the budget of the site activities and site co-ordination
- Control & follow up of the local erection teams and subcontractors and execute the logistic operations (orders & deliveries)
- Implement and commission PLC, HMI & Communication applications
- Set up all control and communication equipment
- I/O tests and cold commissioning of the plant
- Hot commissioning of the plant
- Fine tuning of the installation according to the contractual specifications (performance, stability, emissions)
- Report on the executed work and activities on site.
- Training of the operators and maintenance team.
- Troubleshooting existing plants
- Prepare as-built files (programs, electrical drawings, P&ID)
- Giving feedback to the design engineers and Control & automation engineers
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial sciences / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Robotics / Control, Automation & Instrumentation / Electrical, or equivalent through experience
- 2 - 5 years’ experience with the installation and commissioning of large mechanical equipment.
- Knowledge of electrics, PLC (S7), and process visualization.
- Able to work upcountry and overseas
- Ability to read technical documentation – drawings, P&ID, electrical diagrams.
- Diagnostic, problem-solving skills and analytical skill
