• The transmission & access solution manager is responsible to keep technical personnel customer relationship, gain insights into customer’s network and business, develop the solution, conduct network design, bidding and quotation for transmission or access product. 
• Collect and analyze competitor’s information, participate in developing and executing competition strategy. 
• Enabling partner’s ability to support network design, bidding, quotation and marking activities. 
• Yearly solution and business plan for the customer (group) in charge. 
• Take responsibility for yearly order and revenue target.

• Give priority to those with at least 3 year working experience for telecommunication, especially for OTN/ WDM/ SDH, PON/GPON, FTTx, DSLAM/MSAN. 
• Have willing to study new solution knowledge. 
• Have knowledge of Telecommunication. 
• Strong team work. 
• Good at Presentation with strong communication skills. 
• Have knowledge of Chinese culture is preferred.
• Good spoken and written in English.

Minimum of bachelor degree in telecommunication engineering or related field.
