Senior Legal (Litigation)

Our client is a leader in the energy sector, specializing in the production and distribution of electricity from natural gas and renewable sources. They also engage in the supply and distribution of natural gas, investments in infrastructure, and digital business solutions.

• Manage all litigation cases, claims, and court proceedings, overseeing the entire legal process.
• Prepare, draft, and file legal documents with courts and relevant authorities.
• Conduct legal research and provide opinions on litigation matters.
• Supervise and coordinate with external legal counsel to ensure high-quality performance.
• Liaise with counterparties and stakeholders to maintain legal compliance.
• Assist with other legal tasks as assigned by supervisors, including providing legal advice, and drafting and reviewing agreements and legal documents.

• Bachelor’s degree in law or higher.
• Possess a lawyer license and be a qualified Barrister-at-law.
• At least 4 years of experience in dispute resolution, preferably with experience working in a law firm.
• Experience in civil, criminal, and administrative court proceedings is an asset.
• Strong self-confidence, energetic, mature, with a professional demeanor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines efficiently.
