Our client is a professional services firm in risk, strategy, and people. They specialize in insurance broking and risk management services, offering data-driven risk solutions and advisory services to both commercial and individual clients.

Their services encompass a range of risk management solutions, including property risk management, casualty insurance, directors' and officers' liability, cyber and data protection, employee health and benefits, and claims management.

They seek a seasoned and motivated Wealth Consultant (Retirement Plan) to become part of their team. This position involves guiding clients on retirement planning, structuring plans, and executing strategies. Your proficiency will be key in crafting tailored retirement solutions that meet clients' financial goals while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.


Job Responsibilities
  • Assist the Retirement Business Leader in creating market opportunities and boosting revenue.
  • Assess current client partnerships to uncover requirements that can be met through Health, Wealth, and Career solutions.
  • Oversee defined contribution initiatives, concentrating on plan structuring and assessing investment performance.
  • Enhance the team’s expertise and deepen investment knowledge.
  • Analyze and offer constructive input on team members' work to support growth and development.
Experience requirements
  • At least 6 years of progressive experience in consulting, banking, finance, or investments.
  • Well-established knowledge of and network within local institutional investors, as well as the banking, asset management, and wealth management sectors.
  • Holds or is nearing completion of a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation or other relevant financial certifications.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities, both verbal and written.
  • Capability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Skilled at working both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as an integral team member.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, excellent organizational abilities, and adept multitasking skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Strong commercial awareness, numerical aptitude, analytical thinking, and a structured approach to problem-solving.
