Our client is a French company that designs, manufactures and distributes quality medical devices dedicated to surgical practice. Our know-how is particularly recognized for our Sutures, Manual Titanium Clips and Surgical Glue ranges.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage, Assist, support, and provide backup coverage for team to make sure that they perform their duties with efficiency.
- Support in all aspects of day-to-day operations to ensure that the day-to-day supply chain business results are achieved.
- Manage and review the stock management (safety stock, lead-time, order quantities, Kanban, etc.)
- Ensure that Purchase order send to supplier and get the confirmation, material delivery on time and fulfilled on a regular basis.
- Solve the supply shortage issue with supplier to ensure that problem is solved.
- Manage and control inventory levels to ensure continuity of supply.
- Prepare and submit report with analysis include conduct meeting. (monthly report, stock report and purchase order report, etc.)
- Liaise with production managers, planner, material controller to provide delivery dates.
- Responsible to manage and monitor stock level of product under change to ensure that no shortage and pre-alert team until change complete.
- Maintaining quality document as required such as procedure, WI, etc.
- Conduct Audit.
- Responsible as assigned by purchasing manager and plant director.
Experience requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in science or supply chain or relate field.
- Has experience in Supply Chain Management or Inventory Management or relate field.
- Able to use a computer (excel, word, power point)
- Fluent in spoken and written in English.
