Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the prosecution team to expedite debt recovery and support the company’s financial objectives.
- Oversee and evaluate the daily operations of the prosecution team to ensure alignment with established legal strategies and efficiency in execution.
- Assess and establish criteria for performance incentives to enhance team motivation and productivity.
- Collaborate with internal departments to improve legal processes related to litigation and debt collection.
- Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance and adapt legal strategies accordingly.
- Provide training and guidance to the prosecution team to enhance legal knowledge, procedural efficiency, and case management effectiveness.
Experience requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in management or debt collection oversight.
- Proficient in English across all communication skills.
- Excellent presentation abilities.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work effectively under deadlines.
- Hands-on experience in litigation management.
