Job Responsibilities
- Research and interpret laws, the company’s Code of Ethics, and various policies to ensure compliance across business operations.
- Oversee risk assessments across departments, review findings, and ensure compliance with legal and internal regulations.
- Conduct employee investigations, gather evidence, advise on disciplinary procedures, and actively participate in the Disciplinary Working Team.
- Prepare whistleblowing reports, coordinate case documentation, and ensure compliance with reporting standards.
- Provide legal opinions on company operations, review contracts and legal documents, and assist in regulatory compliance.
- Act as a liaison for PDPA compliance, monitor risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Oversee risk management frameworks, plan departmental budgets, and evaluate risk management effectiveness through internal audits.
- Track policy violations, implement corrective actions, and manage special compliance projects as assigned.
Experience requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law or a related field.
- At least 6 years of experience in legal, compliance, and risk management.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven experience in managing and supervising a team.
- Proficient in English at a business level.
