Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead the organization's regulatory compliance function.
- Ensure all compliance operations align with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Serve as the key point of contact for regulatory authorities, including the OIC (Office of Insurance Commission) and SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission).
- Continuously review and update company policies to reflect changes in legal and regulatory requirements.
- Provide strategic legal and regulatory guidance to internal teams to support business operations.
- Implement and promote compliance best practices to enhance regulatory adherence across the organization.
Experience requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law or a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in compliance, legal, or related fields, with at least 5 years of expertise in the life or non-life insurance or brokerage industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Excellent attention to detail and a systematic, analytical approach to work.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- A confident and professional demeanor with the ability to work independently and convey ideas clearly.
