Job Position: Operations Manager (Food Business / Restaurant)

Our client is a well-known exporter and importer of Japanese foodstuff, including supplying Japanese food materials/ingredients to food processing factories, supermarkets, hypermarkets, factories, hotels, restaurants, etc., in Thailand. The company has exhibited for 25 years in Thailand, with motivation and a high market share in global food markets.

• Oversee all operational aspects, including staff supervision, resource allocation, and process optimization

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and implement solutions

• Monitor key performance indicators and report to senior management

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies

• Foster a positive work environment, providing mentorship and guidance to the operations team

• Minimum 8 years of experience in the food, dessert, retail, or food chain industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial role is preferred

• Proficient in operational tools such as ERP, inventory management, and POS systems

• Proven ability to optimize operations, manage budgets, and achieve business goals

• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for managing diverse teams

• Skilled in problem-solving and implementing practical solutions under pressure

• Passionate about delivering high-quality products and enhancing customer satisfaction

• Possesses a valid driver's license and own vehicle

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Food Technology, Hospitality, or a related fields

• English: Internal Conversation Level (TOEIC score 700 is preferred)
