If you have experience in operations management in food manufacturing, this position will involve improving manufacturing through innovation and a deep understanding of food and automation processes. The role encompasses managing operational performance, cost efficiency, and profitability across various departments, and supporting expansion efforts. Additionally, you will work strategically and closely with the board to align operational goals with the company's vision.

Job Responsibilities

Operational Performance:

  • Efficiency and Productivity: Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and productivity across all departments.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Monitor and analyze KPIs to ensure optimal performance and identify areas for improvement.

Cost Efficiency:

  • Cost Optimization: Implement cost-saving initiatives to reduce expenses and improve profitability.
  • Budget Management: Manage budgets effectively to achieve financial targets and maintain cost control.

Innovation:

  • Automation and Technology: Integrate innovative solutions and automation processes to enhance manufacturing capabilities.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to streamline operations and stay competitive in the market.

Safety and Compliance:

  • Regulatory Adherence: Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Safety Protocols: Implement and monitor safety protocols to protect employees and reduce risks.

Supply Chain Management:

  • Procurement and Inventory: Lead procurement and inventory management to ensure a seamless supply chain.
  • Supplier Partnerships: Strengthen relationships with suppliers for cost-effective and reliable sourcing.

Profitability:

  • Financial Goals: Develop and execute plans to achieve financial goals and ensure the profitability of operations.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct regular financial analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.

Expansion:

  • Market Growth: Support the company's growth and market expansion by developing strategies to enter new markets.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful expansion efforts.

Team Leadership:

  • High-Performing Teams: Mentor and develop high-performing teams to drive operational excellence.
  • Culture of Improvement: Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Sustainability:

Experience requirements

Experience:

  • Extensive experience in operations management within the food manufacturing industry.
  • Proven track record in optimizing costs and enhancing profitability.
  • Strong understanding of food and automation and Innovation processes.

Leadership:

  • Exceptional leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Excellent project management skills with experience in managing large-scale projects.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering a relevant field, Master's degree preferred.

Language:

  • Fluency in both English and Thai.
