Job Responsibilities
As Chief Retail Officer (CRO), you will be responsible for leading and driving the retail business strategy, ensuring sustainable growth, and enhancing customer engagement across multiple channels. You will spearhead digital transformation, optimize sales performance, and build strong partnerships to expand market share.
Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive retail business strategy to drive revenue growth.
- Lead and manage sales teams, relationship managers, and branch networks to optimize customer acquisition and retention.
- Enhance digital capabilities by integrating technology into retail sales channels.
- Oversee customer experience and engagement strategies to strengthen brand loyalty.
- Drive product innovation by working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor market trends, competition, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and strategic alignment.
- Collaborate with the CEO and executive leadership team to shape the overall business direction.
Experience requirements
- Over 10 years of experience in retail banking, securities, or financial services.
- Proven track record in retail sales leadership and business transformation.
- Strong expertise in digital banking, fintech, or omnichannel sales models.
- Ability to drive business growth and profitability in a competitive market.
- Strategic thinker with excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in Thai and English (both written and spoken).
