Lawyer/Associate - M&A

International Law Firm

• Assisting clients with various corporate and commercial matters, including M&A, investments, financing, real estate, and other strategic transactions.

• Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts in both Thai and English.

• Providing legal advice and opinions on corporate and commercial issues.

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.

• Conducting legal research on new laws and regulations and preparing legal updates.

• Supporting the firm’s culture by participating in CSR, pro bono, and social activities.

• Qualified lawyer in Thai or international law firms.

• Holds a Bachelor of Laws with outstanding results or a Master of Laws degree.

• Strong skills in legal analysis, drafting, and research.

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Thai, both written and spoken.

• Problem-solver with a client-focused mindset.

• Capable of working independently, learning quickly, and adapting to a growing team.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.

• Proactive, highly motivated, and well-organized with strong time management skills
