Head of Selling Agent

Our client is a securities company that provides financial services, including brokerage, investment banking, asset management, and other capital market-related services.

The Head of Selling Agent is responsible for developing and expanding the selling agent network to maximize distribution channels for financial products. This role focuses on recruiting, training, and managing selling agents, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving sales growth through third-party partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow the selling agent network and increase market penetration.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new selling agents and distribution partners.
• Establish sales targets, incentive structures, and performance monitoring for selling agents.
• Provide training and support to enhance agent capabilities in financial product sales.
• Ensure compliance with SEC, BOT, and other regulatory bodies, maintaining high ethical and operational standards.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop selling strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key distribution partners.

• Over 8 years of experience in sales management, distribution, or financial product selling.
• Strong knowledge of investment products, wealth management, and securities regulations.
• Experience in recruiting, training, and managing selling agents or third-party distributors.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to develop sales strategies and drive revenue growth.
• Fluent in Thai and English (both written and spoken).
