Job Responsibilities
The Corporate Planning Manager plays a critical role in shaping the company’s strategic direction by conducting financial analysis, market research, and business planning. This role involves working closely with senior management to develop corporate strategies, track key performance indicators, and support decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the corporate strategic plan to support business growth and expansion.
- Conduct financial modeling, business analysis, and forecasting to support decision-making.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for business improvement.
- Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and risks.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align corporate initiatives with business goals.
- Prepare executive reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations for senior management.
- Support budget planning and resource allocation to optimize financial performance.
- Assist in corporate governance, investor relations, and special projects as needed.
Experience requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in corporate planning, strategy, or financial analysis.
- Strong background in financial modeling, business strategy, and performance analysis.
- Knowledge of capital markets, investment banking, or securities industry is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in Thai and English (both written and spoken).
