Job Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable (AP): Manage payments to suppliers, process invoices
- Accounts Receivable (AR): Manage incoming payments from customers, issue invoices
- Data Entry: Enter data into accounting systems, update ledgers
- Bank Balance Management: Monitor bank account balances, manage fund transfers
- Electronic Filing: Prepare and submit tax returns electronically
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor and record daily cash inflows and outflows
Experience requirements
- Thai native speaker
- Bachelor’s degrees in accounting
- At least 3 years working experience in accounting filed
- Fair command in English (Prefer can communicate with Thai & Japanese Manager)
- Experience in construction or other industry (Japanese Company) is preferred
