About the Company
Our client is Innovative Fruit juice brand that has expanded worldwide. We specialize in fruit juice based beverage, and non-beverage fruit products. Our goal is to become a leader in ready-to-drink fruit juice in the global market.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, shipping particulars, bills of lading (B/L), and other export-related forms such as Form D.
- Coordinate and collaborate with relevant departments—both internal (e.g., International Sales, Warehouse, Accounting) and external parties (e.g., shipping companies, clients)—to ensure smooth export operations.
- Review and verify all post-sales documents required by clients to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Analyze and summarize export data, including quantity, terms, and shipment schedules, to evaluate operational efficiency and cost implications for the company.
Experience requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, International Business, Logistics or related field.
- Able to basic communicate in English.
