Job Position: Sales Support (Japanese Speaking)

Work location: Bangkok

Company overview:

Our client is a well-known fabric for interior design manufacturing company, such as for automobiles, airplanes, theaters, etc. The company has exhibited for 15 years in Japan, with motivation and a high market share in fabric markets.

• Act as a liaison by coordinating and communicating with customers, suppliers, and internal departments via email, phone, and meetings (both online and offline)

• Provide Japanese-to-Thai and Thai-to-Japanese translation support

• Handle sales support and import-export operations, including FedEx or courier shipments

• Manage documentation, including PR, PO, invoices, packing lists, quotations, and data recording

• Perform other tasks as assigned

• Open to fresh graduates with no experience (N2)

• Candidates with experience in sales support, sales coordination, or customer service will be given special consideration (N3 is welcome)

• Skilled in problem-solving and implementing practical solutions under pressure

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook

• Able to work under pressure

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in any related fields

• English: Internal Conversation Level (TOEIC score is preferred)

• Japanese: Internal Conversation Level (JLPT N3 or higher)
