Factory Manager

Manufacturing of sheet metal parts and medical equipment parts for trucks, buses, construction machinery, metal cutting, bending, and welding processes 

• Manufacturing Site Management: Supervise and optimize manufacturing processes Plan and execute production schedules Improve and streamline production lines
• Quality Control: Maintain and enhance quality standards Collaborate with the QC team to resolve quality issues Implement and operate quality management systems
• Safety Management: Ensure compliance with safety standards and conduct safety training for employees Implement and improve safety measures Prevent and respond to workplace accidents
• Deadline Management: Manage and adjust production schedules Allocate resources to meet deadlines Respond flexibly to customer demands
• Personnel Management: Recruit, train, and evaluate team members Enhance employee motivation and career development Improve and maintain the working environment
• Engineering Support: Provide technical support in collaboration with the engineering team Introducing and deploying new technologies and products Resolve technical issues and propose improvements

• Bachelor's or higher degree in related field 
• At lease 5 years' experience as production or factory manager
• Understands and Handle ISO and IATF Task
• Knowledge and experience in safety, quality, and deadline management Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience in a sheet metal company (preferred)
• Good command in English
