Senior QA Specialist

Our client is global leading food & ingredient industry, now they're looking for QA warehouse to support the plant at Samutprakarn.

1. Manage quality control of the incoming materials (raw materials, pack materials), batching, finished product loading, cleaning chemicals and pest management program to meet agreed specifications and comply to law/regulatory and customer requirements.

2. Implement Quality System and Food Safety System Compliance to meet regulatory requirements, company requirements, religious requirements (Halal, Halal MUI, Kosher) and customer requirement such as BRC, SQMS, GMP/HACCP and customer guideline etc.

3. Report in case of critical product quality and food safety relates to direct report. And communicate, coordinate, find root cause and action plan, with relevant party, to mitigate issue.

4. Review and purpose for QA budget and resources to well support on product quality, Quality system and Food Safety system to Manufacturing Director

5. Approve purchase order of inspection equipment and tools, cleaning chemical and QA supply

6. In case Asst. FSQS manager is absent, assigned Senior QA Specialist will take responsibility for Controlling of Non-Conforming products, Recall and Traceability

7. Other jobs that have been assigned by Manufacturing Director.

Can be organized on Quality Control and Quality Assurance

Good Command in English, Computer Literacy, Strong knowledge in Food Safety and Quality System in GFSI standard e.g. BRC, FSSC22000 and experience: Quality Control and Quality Assurance at least 5years

Competencies: Achievement, Communication, Foster Teamwork, Customer Oriented, Integrity

Bachelor’s degree or higher on Food science, Chemical Science, Biotech or related Field
