Assistant Mechanical and Electrical Manager (M&E)

Job Position: Assistant Mechanical and Electrical Manager (M&E) - Construction Development

Work location: Bangkok

Our client is a well-known construction development, real estate business, design, and engineering services providing company. The company has exhibited for over 35 years in Thailand, with motivation and a high market share in global markets.

• Report to M&E GM and support design, cost estimation, and planning for M&E works

• Coordinate with consultants and owners (mainly Japanese) and present project concepts

• Oversee design scope, verify engineer/subcontractor estimations, and monitor submissions

• Review turnkey engineering and budget planning for project proposals

• Manage material orders and subcontractor selection

• Evaluate suppliers and attend site/coordination meetings

• Perform final inspections before project handover

• 5–7 years of experience in design, estimation, and cost analysis

• Hold a valid Professional Engineer License

• Experienced in project design review, cost submissions, and standard compliance (EIT/NFPA)

• Proficient in AutoCAD (2D) and MS Office

• Strong in electrical or mechanical design and estimation

• Background in On-the-Job Training and team collaboration

• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Bachelor’s Degree or a Master’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related fields

• English: Internal Conversation Level (TOEIC score is preferred)

• Japanese: N/A (If can speak would be advantages)
