• Strategic Leadership: Define and implement business strategies that align with market trends and customer needs, ensuring long-term competitiveness.
• Operational Excellence: Lead all operational functions including production, supply chain, quality assurance, and continuous improvement, with a strong focus on plant efficiency and output.
• Full P&L Ownership: Oversee the entire company’s profit and loss, driving financial performance, budgeting, and long-term investment planning.
• Organizational Development: Lead HR strategy to build and retain a strong leadership bench and skilled workforce; foster a high-performance, accountable company culture.
• Client & Market Relations: Strengthen relationships with key FMCG clients, understanding their packaging needs and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Executive Reporting: Serve as the primary executive liaison to the Board of Directors and key stakeholders, providing transparent updates on business health and strategic progress.
• Innovation & Compliance: Champion innovation in packaging technologies while maintaining adherence to food safety and environmental standards.

• Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or related field) is required; Master’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or equivalent is preferred.
• Minimum 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, with 10+years at the executive level (President, CEO, COO, or similar).
• Solid career foundation in operations and plant management, ideally having grown from the shop floor to senior management.
• Deep understanding of the packaging industry, particularly in serving FMCG clients (e.g., food and beverage packaging).
• Strong financial acumen with hands-on experience in managing P&L, capital expenditure, and budgeting in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and build alignment across commercial, operational, and corporate support functions.
• Experience working with or reporting to a Board of Directors or executive leadership committee.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and build trust with both internal teams and external stakeholders. Prefer fluent English and Thai
