Job Responsibilities
- Being responsible for handling the full spectrum of the administration and operation function by supporting COO to oversee daily operation
- Support planning division processes, workflow, staff duties & responsibilities
- First point of contact and maintain and build trusted relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Managing the COO’s schedule and organizing meetings and appointments
- Helping prepare and accurately recording minutes from meetings - including follow up
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodations
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
- Liaising with staff, business partners and clients
- Collating and filing expenses, receipts, invoices and other documents
- Miscellaneous tasks to support the COO
- Ordering supplies or other materials required for a functioning office
- Provide general administrative support
- Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
Experience requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field
- Experience in operation or administrative work
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Be able to multi-task,very fast pace and stay organized
- Good planning and project management skills
- Understanding of advanced business planning and regulatory issues
- Creative, hardworking, initiative, service-minded and able to work under pressure
- Problem solving skills
- Flexible schedule and adaptable
