Job Responsibilities
- Leading in both Electronic Security Install and Service Operation
- Taking care of direct contracting business (Systems Integration projects & aftermarket services)
- Managing a sub-P&L
- Utilization of Sales accrual methods of Projects / Services, Cost control, Utilization / billability tracking of direct workforce, Customer escalations, Collection and Receivables management
Experience requirements
- Minimum 15 years of working experiences, of which 5 years in managerial role of leading operation projects/services
- Direct experience in Security / Fire / BMS Industry
- Familiar with Cost control
- Good command in English
Education requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is an advantage
