Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities
- Handle to control, evaluate and manage marketing team
- Create and explore new idea as well as strategic planning to open new market
- Plan and set exhibition in industrial expo as well as study competitors’ trend
- Create sales tools such as brochure, catalogue or promotion products
- Create new channel to approach to customers such as social media in FB, You Tube, Line or Website
- Set up product training session and provide technical information for customers
- Provide technical support to maintenance product to customers
- Work closely with Japanese MD to create new strategies in order to increase sales volume
Experience requirements
- Bachelor degree in any related field
- Business English to communicate with MD
- Japanese language skill is an advantaged
- Experience in wide range of marketing such as Social Media, Exhibition, or Marketing activities
- At least 10 years in Marketing for manufacturing, trading or industrial products is an advantaged
- At least 5 years to manage and control team
- Marketing Manager who would like to challenge in industrial product is also welcomed
- Understand Japanese working style
- Active, flexible and out going person
- Strong in communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
