Job Responsibilities
- Plan annual year plan, set annual year budget and cost analysis
- Supervise and communicate to related team to complete duties in regards operation or support related work
- Set up SOP of sales operation, credit control and collection process
- Handle and involve with credit control and warehouse field
- Monitor stock moving, and warehouse space management
- Lead team to solve internal problem
- Check the down payment in the order form is correct
- Manage and monitor the daily operation of credit department
- Report the daily delivery to the Sales Manager
Experience requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- 5 years's experience in Sales Operation, Supply Chain or any related field
- High responsibility, time management, multi task skill, and leadership skill
- Communicable in English
