Job Responsibilities
Change Coordinator Responsibilities & Tasks:
- Analyze and prioritize change requests as per Change Management guidelines
- Customer Notification of the change to ensure visibility.
- Coordinate impact validation activity for all changes as per define scope.
- Verify that all necessary approvals are present in change requests
- Facilitate efficient and prompt handling of all the changes.
- Perform Sanity checks on CRs with respect to Change Management guidelines
- Document interactions with interfaces during change verification
- Extend support to Change Manager for delivery of change reports
Change Manager Responsibilities & Tasks:
- Ensure standardized methods, Processes and procedures are used for all changes.
- Facilitate efficient and prompt handling of all the changes.
- Ensure Customer Notification of Outages.
- Ensure Cost Effective Change Management.
- Ensure Visibility and analysis of fault rate caused by planned outages.
- Analyze and prioritize change requests as per VM Change Management guidelines
- Coordinate impact validation activity for all changes as per define scope.
- Verify that all necessary approvals are present in change requests
- Perform Sanity checks on CRs with respect to VM Change Management guidelines
- Document interactions with interfaces during change verification
- Extend support to Change Manager for delivery of change reports
- Ensure the Change Management process compliance towards WLAs and WIs
Experience requirements
- 3- 10 years of experience in Telecom/ICT
Education requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related field
