Job Responsibilities

Change Coordinator Responsibilities & Tasks:  

  • Analyze and prioritize change requests as per Change Management guidelines
  • Customer Notification of the change to ensure visibility.
  • Coordinate impact validation activity for all changes as per define scope.
  • Verify that all necessary approvals are present in change requests
  • Facilitate efficient and prompt handling of all the changes.
  • Perform Sanity checks on CRs with respect to Change Management guidelines
  • Document interactions with interfaces during change verification
  • Extend support to Change Manager for delivery of change reports

Change Manager Responsibilities & Tasks:  

  • Ensure standardized methods, Processes and procedures are used for all changes.
  • Facilitate efficient and prompt handling of all the changes.
  • Ensure Customer Notification of Outages.
  • Ensure Cost Effective Change Management.
  • Ensure Visibility and analysis of fault rate caused by planned outages.
  • Analyze and prioritize change requests as per VM Change Management guidelines
  • Coordinate impact validation activity for all changes as per define scope.
  • Verify that all necessary approvals are present in change requests
  • Perform Sanity checks on CRs with respect to VM Change Management guidelines
  • Document interactions with interfaces during change verification
  • Extend support to Change Manager for delivery of change reports
  • Ensure the Change Management process compliance towards WLAs and WIs


Experience requirements


  • 3- 10 years of experience in Telecom/ICT
Education requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related field
