Job Responsibilities

Human Resources and Personnel

  • General contact in all HR matters - including general inquiries regarding rules of employment, social securities, maternity, medical, disciplinary matters etc. Including management queries of group companies
  • Provides Expat Support functions in cooperation with central departments related to e.g. Housing, Work permits, relocation and taxes
  • Liaises with the respective department for related matters, incl. relocation.
  • Supports recruitment requests in interviews, suggests and calculates salary measures
  • Ensures the complete and orderly maintenance of personnel files
  • Prepares staff related reports and statistics
  • Supports local recruitment internally (eJob) and externally (other platforms)
  • Supports HR administration tasks

Industry Relations & Payroll services

  • Coordinates and controls the payroll process (as a service provider) for the group companies in the area and handles all taxes and social benefits
  • Handles the annual wage negotiation along with HR Head with welfare committee
  • Assures in close coordination the compliance of suggested salary measures and advises the management accordingly.
  • Performs regular monthly audits of the payrolls of all group companies
  • Support payroll and perform regular checks regarding masterdata changes in the payroll software.

Business Administration

  • Facility management
  • Coordinate with Regional Hub
  • Lead overall function of administration as well as manage and supervise CA/L team
  • Contact for local lawyers
  • Liaising with local authorities
  • Handling of court case (with the support from local lawyer)

Finance and Accounting

  • Acts as a key account for issues with Deutsche Bank.
  • Performs annual closing and half-year closing in coordination with Regional Hub and ensures that all the relevant information required by the LGBS is provided timely.
  • Local payments for the LH group via Internal payment instructions (IPI)
  • Ensures the good result of local audits with PLP
  • Invoice checking & approval
Experience requirements
  • Fluent in English and Thai, both spoken and written.
  • Profound Understanding of Human Resources and Business Administration tasks
  • SAP knowledge would be of Advantage Personal Competences
  • Strong initiative, proactive and systematic approach to work
  • Ability to work independently as well as leading the team
  • Strong coordination/ organizational skills
  • Strong process analysis skills, ability to identify improvement potential and to realize it
Education requirements
  • Degree or comparable qualification in Business Administration
