Senior Process Engineer

Job Responsibilities
- Productivity, Quality, Machines and Process Capability improvement
- Collect the data record and analysis for all manufacturing process
- Follow up day-to-day improvement operation
- Provide process specification / Monitor process parameter for all machine
- Generate, review and update process instruction and procedure document for all machine
- Create & Develop improvement and report timely & effectively
- Analysts and resolves work problems, or assists workers in solving work problem
- Coordination with supporting group to support production manufacturing
- Co-ordinate the process development aspects of new products and production trials in line including reporting of trials
- Conduct Technical training
- Support lean manufacturing, six sigma and TPM activities implementation
- Follow all company policies e.g. Value and Ethics, Quality, EH&S, 5S, ELS
- Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned
Experience requirements
- 3-7 Years Experience in Manufacturing / Process
- Analytical and problem-solving.
- Possess dynamism, leadership and people skills good communication skills and resulted-oriented
- Good command in English communication (Spoken and Written)
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma concept will be an advantage.
- Positive attitude with strong initiative
- Good interpersonal, Leadership, Analytical, and problem-solving skill
- Good training skills and conceptual thinking
- Energetic and continuous improvement
