Job Responsibilities
- Support BD and Sales team to research and find potential clients
- Arrange schedule to visit to clients
- Visit clients with service and product presentation
- Create and manage proposal for matching with client’s requirement
- Handle for documents such as quotation as well as provide information such as credit terms, price and etc. to clients
- Summarize report in monthly, follow up process of payment
- Provide information to clients if they have any inquiry
- Support clients in terms of BOI issues from application through contact to government
Experience requirements
- Bachelor degree in any related field
- Working experience as Sales support, Sales Coordinator with BOI background
- Good command of English in both written and spoken
- Japanese language is an advantaged
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to use photoshop
- Able to work under pressure
