Job Responsibilities

  • Ticketing and Reservation in Group ticket and FIT ticket
  • Overseeing changes to original reservations and managing exchanges and refunds
  • Monitoring reservations schedules and cancellations
  • Answering incoming calls and giving satisfactory replies to customer inquiries and complaints.

Experience requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience
  • Experience working with Travel agency / Hospitality
  • Excellent Service mind, Problem Solving skill

Education requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree of Management, Business, Tourism or related field
