Job Responsibilities
- Ticketing and Reservation in Group ticket and FIT ticket
- Overseeing changes to original reservations and managing exchanges and refunds
- Monitoring reservations schedules and cancellations
- Answering incoming calls and giving satisfactory replies to customer inquiries and complaints.
Experience requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience
- Experience working with Travel agency / Hospitality
- Excellent Service mind, Problem Solving skill
Education requirements
- Bachelor’s degree of Management, Business, Tourism or related field
