Job Responsibilities
  • Planning trade marketing initiatives based on the trade marketing strategy defined and evaluate the programs to measure result.
  • Translate annual business month into monthly sales objectives, activity and marketing support plan
  • Promotion (Price/Premium/Activation)
  • Target Listing
  • Merchandising/Defines National standard of Building Blocks KPIs by Channel / type of POS (distribution, freshness, visibility, price consumer, display).
  • Defines and manages overall trade marketing budget and ROI for all Trade Marketing Activities by channels
  • Lead trade marketing initiatives to meet both brand and customer expectations
  • Analyze brand sales by channels using available data to identify action plans.
  • Support sales teams in the execution of activities and in achieving their sales and budget objectives
  • Supports channels and category data to cross functional team


Experience requirements
  • At least 5 years of experiences in Trade Marketing, Key Account, Merchandising or Category/Space Management
  • Market Knowledge: Traditional & Modern Trade, Horeca etc.
  • Good in numbers and strong analytical skills
  • Must be fluent command of English
Education requirements


  • Bachelor’s or Higher degree in related field.
