Job Responsibilities
  • Set Up & Develops brand & business strategy for Short Plan and Long Plan, Drives profitable, P/L 
  • Develops marketing calendar strategy and manages its successful execution
  • Builds Brand Positioning in the region across all touch points, applying small adaptations, when necessary
  • Defines overall priorities for the market and works together with the team to implement and track the main initiatives, implementing routines, processes and marketing tools
  • Deliver business growth and financial targets for volume & revenue to reach yearly goals and long-term objectives
  • Co-lead, along with marketing team, consumer consumption occasion development, requiring innovative and breakthrough ideas and in depth understanding of trade channels and key customers
  • Develop e-commerce business through online and digital platforms
  • Identify key business priorities and work with cross-functional group to bring the brand in the market place
  • Leverage consumer insights to identify new sources of profitable growth
  • Develop a portfolio of brands to fulfill consumer needs and maximize revenue growth
  • Work with Marketing agency and internal cross-functional partners to develop brand and channel marketing programs and supporting material
  • Track brand, customer insight and project performance through data analysis by converting KPI s and findings into specific insights and actions that add value to the business


Experience requirements
  • Thai Native Speaker with Excellent in English
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or any related fields, MBA
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in Marketing field with proven track record in FMCG/Food Beverage is a must
  • Experience in e-commerce and digital marketing and Trad Marketing
  • Strong skills in driving for results.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Strong skills in people management
  • Experienced in New Set Up business/Internal Changed will be advantage


Education requirements

MBA is preference, Bachelor Degree of any fields
