Supply Chain Management Manager

Job Responsibilities:

·        Sourcing, developing and managing outsourcing packaging suppliers in Thailand

·        Manage the flow from planning, ordering till delivery; Ensure on time delivery to meet customer demand

·        Manufacturing outsourcing capacity planning & build-up, fast ramp-up of capacity

·        Coordinate supplier Quality management with SQE team

·        Evaluates the supplier processes and process controls to ensure product quality is built in. Develop supplier capability (including necessary training)

·        Work closely with Outsourcing suppliers to be informed of changing demands, to manage the daily production activities to ensure ongoing materials availability, timely production schedules, adequate output quantities, and efficient shipments and order cycle times to meet requirements

·        Push and drive Outsourcing supplier on quality/ cost /yield improvement activity and on time delivery

·        As the main interface to the supply base, the individual will also be responsible for managing outsourcing supplier relationships and will be required to present material to senior management on an as needed basis

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor's degree or above (preferably in Mechanics/ Science / Engineering or other equivalents)

·        At least 5 years of experiences in managerial planning, purchasing, and procurement management position, etc.

·        Experience of manufacturing/outsourcing

·        Knowledge and experiences in the production & material planning, ERP, S&OP, shop floor management, quality management, UPPH, Order Follow up, Lead Time Reduction, Business and supply chain/logistics optimization

·        Have a packaging industry experience or FATP experience. Good business /commercial sense

·        Willing to work under big pressure. Good initiative, innovation, leadership, independent, teamwork, troubleshooting and communication skills, Strong negotiation skills
