Job Responsibilities
- Establish brand, vision and scope of the change program.
- Understand and manage key stakeholder expectations & alignment
- Define ways of working and involvement for Organization Change Management program and change net work.
- Define the communication strategy and approaches by stakeholders.
- Evaluate, monitor communication effectiveness.
Experience requirements
- Over 10 years of work experience in HR communication with global and project management.
- Highly articulate individual with excellent written communicates and presentation.
- Research and proofreading skills, communication planning and delivery.
- Stakeholder management and executive strategic alignment.
- High level understanding ERP capabilities.
- Excellent communication in English language.
- Able to in Bangkok office and oversea (Global).
Education requirements
- Master's Degree or Bachelor Degree in Human Resource, Psychology, or related field.
