CSR Manager

• Define the CSR roadmap and its associated reporting of implementation progress to be presented to Hub Director.
• Close collaboration with CSR team from each site.
• May have direct responsibilities in dealing with specific issues, depending on the complexity of the topic or its business stakes, Ensure that department's activities are, when required, scientifically and technically robust, and suited to operation's needs.
• Conduct directly the most critical due diligence exercises on all aspects related to CSR
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the proper execution of projects, Contribute to the definition of objectives and the project perimeter, involving all necessary stakeholders and ensuring the ability to deliver
• Define the organization, budget administration, policies and associated IT & digital tools for all the legal and CSR processes.
• Elaborate the processes, trainings requirements, reporting schemes, controls and audits of the Group’s compliance programs
• Perform project management for specific Legal & CSR initiatives or issues.
• Supervise overall Administration work for Admin, Procurement and Facilities to achieve functional objectives

•  At least 5 years of experience in Community relations, Public relation
• Enjoys learning new things in the field of digital marketing or online marketing technology
• Computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint 
• Possesses skills for analysis, planning, and CSR strategy development 
• Communication and coordinate with Community, Government and stakeholder
• Ability to communicate at all levels.
• Ability to supervise and delegate.
• Be self-motivated curious, questioning, pro-active and challenging with a flexible approach to working hours.
• Abilities to work on cross cultural environment

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or others relevant field
