Job Responsibilities
- Develop, build, and maintain financial model for investment analysis and obtain project financing perspective.
- Prepare pre-feasibility analysis on economic return of new energy project for management investment decision.
- Lead the project financing process with the lender, technical advisor, legal advisor and all stakeholders, including project structuring, document review and negotiation, tender process.
- Support the other team to develop the new business model including all new energy technology review, investment model development and review, project structuring, market approach strategy, and other aspect as part of the business development team.
Experience requirements
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in business, finance, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years in corporate finance, project finance experience with a developer / investment firm in the renewable energy space
- Proficiency in building financial models using thoughtful assumptions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and people skills
- Understanding of corporate finance, valuation, and financial accounting
- Flexible and adaptable with value of high performance
- Proven ability to effectively work on teams to support energy, infrastructure or real estate project
- Good command in English.
