Job Responsibilities

  • Greet members and guests, providing exceptional customer service
  • Handle all front desk related activities
  • Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions
  • Check members into the system
  • New member sign-up
  • Take prospective members on tours
  • Facilitate needed updates to member’s accounts
  • Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club
  • Be able to work in a shift : 06:00 – 15:00, 11:00-20:00 and 14:00 – 23:00 (5 days/week)

Experience requirements

  • Good command of English and service mind

Education requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
