Job Responsibilities
· Responsible for full spectrums of HR roles both HRM & HRD as well as lead and manage the HR strategies, employee relations, labor law and programs for the company within the overall company’s framework.
Experience requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or relevant fields
- At least 5 years of experiences both in HRM and HRD roles in manufacturing businesses
- Sound understanding with labor and employment laws
- Able to work independently and coordinate multiple priorities and tasks in a manner where commitments are made and need to be kept.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Well organized and able to prioritize effectively
- Communicable level in English and computer literate especially with Microsoft Office
