Job Responsibilities
- Research information from appropriate channels in automotive industry and develop sales strategies in order to align with company policy and target
- Plan, implement, provide solution as well as improve working procedures to sales team
- Work closely with Japanese GM to provide report for short and long term strategies
- Liaise with internal team to support information for further process
- Any other assignment from manager
Experience requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or any related field
- Experience around 4-5 years as BD, Sales or Sales Engineer in Automotive industries
- Direct experience to do research and develop sales strategy
- Required JLPT N1 to communicate with Japanese
- Good communication in English
- Strategic & analytical thinking, Solving problem skill, independent personality
