Job Responsibilities
- Review purchasing requested items from requester in company
- Sourcing venders in order to get quotation
- Review all related Purchasing document before issue PO
- Issue PO to venders and follow up to get items on time
- Participate in Vender bidding
- Update vender list database
- Conduct vender review and evaluate vender yearly basis
- Others, Purchasing improvement projects
Experience requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Public Administration, Business Administration or related fields
- Have 1-5 years working experience in Purchasing ( Automotive will be advantaged)
- Japanese JLPT N2
- Good command in English
- Required a person who has good skill on mathematics and analytical
- Has hospitality mind with good analytical and presentation skill
- Able to work well under pressure and routine job together with adaptable in the dynamic working environment
