Job Responsibilities
- Identify new markets and business opportunities for automated warehouse and conveyor system
- Gather market and customers information
- Developing strategy tactics, sale plan and profit target.
- Maximizing new business development opportunities
- Monitoring customers ‘reference to determine focus of sales efforts
- Review and analyses sale forecasts, performance and budgets to ensure maximum profitability of company
- Provide and reporting opportunities to the supervisor
- Developing long term relationships with clients
- Represent at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
- Negotiate the term of agreement, provide customer quotation and close the sales
- Visit potential customers for new business
- Support supervisor as per advice
- Reviews your own sale performance
- Coordination of maintenance business and after-service business.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features
- Welcome customers and answer their queries
- Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
- Actively seek out customers
Experience requirements
- Bachelor degree in Engineering field or Marketing field
- Manager: Must have direct experience in automated industry
- Assistant manager: Must have direct or related experience in automated industry
- Having experience at least 10 years up if manager level must have the direct experience of automated industry
- Good in Japanese (N2 or N3)
- English (TOEIC Score more than 700)
