Job Responsibilities
- Day-to-day operational support and maintenance of customers’ servers
- Manage, monitor, troubleshooting Active Directory Service
- Troubleshoot server hardware, software and simple network connection problems and undertake repair and fix where possible.
- Monitoring hardware and software to ensure continued service.
- Perform hardware & software installation, and configure servers environment
- Supporting and managing IT Infrastructure.
- Technical consulting for the customer and on-call support for Server issues.
- Create/Deploy and Support Active directory, Domain Controller, SCCM server
- Prepare, deploy and manage Group Policies (in both single forest single domain or single forest multiple domain environment)
- Consolidate or migrate active directories, domain controllers
- Manage all users/devices from SCCM server
Experience requirements
- At least 4 years of experiences in system engineer
- Knows cloud based infrastructure and able to use it to deploy AD/SCCM on cloud based servers and sync them with on-prem server
- Able to secure admin/privileged users account
- Thorough knowledge of forest, domain, OU, Groups, single forest single domain, and single forest multiple domain etc.
Education requirements
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any related fields
