Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the execution of the annual sales promotion & integrated marketing and communications plan through creative work to ensure strong sales
- Increase awareness and resulting market share growth
- Analyze strategic marketing plan according to annuals sales target and marketing budget
- Design annual marketing campaign and determine effective communication tools in ATL & BTL communications according to franchises' marketing budget
Experience requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Marketing, any related field
- Strong experience in Management, operation with retail business
- Good command of English
