QA Material Supervisor

Job Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Incoming material inspection
- Analysis and take action from both chemical and packing materials for quality issues
- Work with supplier for quality improvement
- Participate with supplier audit and follow up an action plan with the supplier until action plan closing
- Prepare a QC agreement with a new supplier or OEM
- Coach and build material team capability to have multi-skill and knowledge on material solving problems
- Cooperate with relevant sections in order to solve the material problem included customer complaints then issue flash reports to the supplier
- Work as assigned
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Packing material, or related fields.
- At least 5 years’ experience in QA or QC or technical skill in packing material field
- Computer skills in Microsoft Office
- Problems solving technique and analysis skills
- Good command of English
- Understanding quality management system ISO9001, ISO13485, HAS 23000, IOS14001, ISO45001
