Job Responsibilities
  • Manage and Oversees all human resources and GA functions
  • Develops and monitors an annual budget of Human Resources Department and all related human resources matters for the company.
  • Initiate and enforce human resources and/or company policies, procedures, rules and regulations for employee to conform with.
  • Manage and develop the efficiency and effectiveness of human resources system
  • Design, develop, and manage recruitment work flow, documentations, policy and procedures.
  • Participate in executive, management, and company staff meetings and attends other meetings or seminars
  • Other duties to be assigned by president


Experience requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in human resource, law or any related field
  • Minimum 15 years working experience in HR role with keen backgrounds in recruitment, training, welfare, benefits, payroll and safety
  • Strong knowledge in labor management and employee relation
  • Good English
