Job Responsibilities
- Manage the legal/compliance duty
- Establish the contract management system, review contract and set up the standard
- Handle legal/compliance operation, monitor and audit
- Set up the countermeasure when legal/compliance troubles occur
- Promote the legal/compliance activity and plan the training
- Provide guidance to organizers to promote legal/compliance activities
Experience requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Law
- Good command of English
- Experience over 7 years in Legal and Compliance, Risk Management, Audit and the similar
- Excellent analytical and research skills
- Be a fast learner with strong working ethic
- Able to work in team or individual and complete assignments within deadline
